Playsuit obsession

I am not sure what is… but I am obsessed with playsuits, rompers, one-piece.. Whatever it is called, I love it. I can’t stop admiring this half dress half shorts ensemble. Maybe it's because of the playful feel or even the girlish feel to it but I can’t get enough of it. You can't also deny that it is one very easy piece to wear. You just put in on, accessorize with your favorite heels, wedge, booties or even flats… add a hat and jewelry and you are good to go.

Vintage project 1 & 2

I bought these two vintage dresses along with other great vintage finds. First vintage project is to turn this blah beige lace dress into something fabulous. The goal is to make this $6.99 dress look like it can be a dress from a magazine dress;)

I recorded a how to alter the dress but crazy me did not check the amount of minutes on my camera. lol. So it turns out  I only have a couple of mins of how to make this dress :/ Please click on the link to see my initial video.

Jeffrey Cravings

I have been eyeing these two Jeffrey Campbels for a good minute. It’s one of those.....should I get it or not?

Jeffrey Campbell Lita $149…It has a gorgeous suede leather material and the height makes us shortys tall but I am still unsure of the shape. I think it kind of looks like clown shoes. I am hoping my FB friends will help me decide.

Jeffrey Campbell El Carmen $125.. I love the design. It makes me want to say I am proud to be an American. The height like the Lita allows us shortys to feel like one of those model but what do you think of the design? Is it something you can wear all the time or just for occasions?

These are the things I contemplate about…. But man… I do crave em.

Summer Fringe

Fringe is back in a big way.

Tribal prints are so much fun.  I found this tribal tunic dress in Ocean city MD.  Since it has a mix of colors, I accessorized with tan wedges and clutch.  With a trendy top bun hair style, I am off to strut my tribal look.

Never apologize for who you are….

I’ve learned through out the years that many people will judge you. Whether the judgment is bad or good, you must learn not to apologize for who you are…for what you have become and what you can do for yourself

For instance…. I love art and fashion. I use my photos and blogs to show my love for art and fashion. This may annoy some people but you know what… I don’t give a f*#k. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to look at my FB page, Chictopia page, or blog page.  I have stopped apologizing or feeling bad for who I am because in the end… those who actually matter in your life… loves your for everything you are.

Outfits of OC beach…

Out of town trips to me means I get to wear as many outfits as needed.

 This past weekend the hubby and I went on our 2nd anniversary get-away weekend to Ocean city beach MD. The weekend consisted of food, beach bumming, arcade fun, Jolly Roger amusement park, put put golf, go-karts, sight-seeing, and more food.  A photo shoot was also included in our itinerary by a local photographer for our happy 2. I can’t wait till those pics are posted.

And within the itinerary is a mass of outfit changes to fit the occasion… hence this blog of outfits of OC beach.
